Join the Fight for Healthy Skin and Aging Less Quickly

from:

When it comes to skin and aging, some people are fortunate enough to have good genes, resulting in beautiful, healthy looking, youthful skin, while others have to work at this. People need to eat a healthy, balanced diet with lots of vegetables, fruits, dairy products, lean meats, and grains in order to have healthy skin and bodies. Avoiding canned foods, processed foods, and foods containing large amounts of sodium results in beautiful skin and aging at a slower pace. Your body and skin will appreciate a diet of fresh foods such as fish and vegetables. When in comes to skin and aging, there are many anti aging vegetables and fruits that work as anti aging foods, make a persons skin look more youthful and extend their lives.

Beautiful skin and aging slower result from fruits and vegetables that are high in vitamin C, which is a natural healer, anti-aging vitamin, and immune system booster. People that increase the levels of vitamin C in their diet have less risk of diabetes, high blood pressure, strokes, heart attacks, heart disease, and certain cancers in both women and men. Healthy looking skin and aging, slowed down by a healthy diet of fresh vegetables and fruits, should contain high levels of vitamin D, which is extremely important for healthy teeth and bones. Citrus fruits that include grapefruits, limes, tangerines, and oranges, help fight against poor skin and aging prematurely. You find many vital anti-oxidants in apricots, peaches, and cantaloupes while apples, blueberries, strawberries, and bananas are extremely high in vitamins.

Another way to avoid unhealthy skin and aging prematurely is eating a diet rich in vegetables, which contains a lot of fiber and helps your digestive system. This includes all dark green vegetables, kale, lettuce, spinach, celery, cucumbers, carrots, and more. You can slow skin and aging signs down by grabbing an apple, orange, salad or other fruit or vegetable instead of cookies, candy bars, or other unhealthy snack foods.

Regular exercise fights the effects of unhealthy skin and aging. It is very important to drink eight to ten glasses of water daily to help hydrate your body and skin to prevent chronically dry skin and wrinkles. Along with drinking enough water, moisturizing your skin helps keep it supple, smooth and prevents sagging or wrinkling as quickly. Along with your face skin and aging program, your hands show the signs of getting older if you do not look after them. Using a moisturizer, avoiding contact with harsh cleaners and chemicals, wearing gloves in cold weather, and wearing sunscreen to protect them will help keep them younger looking.
